Garantee

Ethically Warm jackets benefit from a 2 years warranty. We guarantee everything that we produce and the quality of our Canadian made products.

An after-sale complementary service is offered for any production defect for the duration of the warranty. However, if improper care was administered, the guarantee is voided. Ethically Warm will also provide low-cost reparation services for damage due to normal usage.

Return & exchanges

At Ethically Warm, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Complimentary return labels are available within 30 days of your purchase date, upon request, provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. Admitting that original tags or the original packaging would be missing, a 5% restocking fee would apply to the refund amount.You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.

Kindly note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution. Also, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

Exchanges:

Please contact our customer service agents and they will gladly assist you with your exchange request. Please note that with the intention to not be wasteful, we are making relatively small quantities of stock, which might mean that an exchange will not always be possible at the time of the request. It might lead to a small delay of time since we have to produce the unit you are requiring. 

We will always put your satisfaction first hence the reason we ask you to communicate with us in order to process such requests individually.

 

Repairs  & alterations

As mentioned in the warranty section, we provide low cost repairs services for normal usage damage. If this is your case, please contact us and we’ll assist you with this.

As for alterations, it is possible to have jackets altered to fit you more specifically. These rates are variable and need an evaluation therefore please contact us either before buying the jacket to ask for it or as soon as you realize you’d need an alteration. For any alteration request, you will be asked to provide these informations : 

  • Size of the product
  • Model of the product (Including model, color and type)
  • Desired area of alteration and nature of alteration

Our team will assess the feasibility and provide you with a prompt answer for how to process and the delays associated with the request.
