At ethically Warm , we are proud to say that we invest most of our resources in R&D, which means that we are always looking for the most sustainable textiles to make our jackets. However sometimes certain new textile innovations do not fulfill the needs we have for them. Meaning that they can’t be used in making a winter jacket. However, they remain excellent quality textiles . Instead of having them remain unused in our atelier, we chose to repurpose them into functional little products.
We initially thought that we could use this felt made from recycled plastic, to make our patches on our winter jackets. Our hypothesis was wrong since they we too thick to serve this purpose but were perfect for a laptop sleeve. We designed them with 3 additional pockets to make optimize storage and organization. The pineapple leather strap helps fastened everything in place and keep your computer safe.
